Strategische Planung für Betriebsräte
Im Betriebsrats- und Arbeitsalltag bleibt oft wenig Raum, um gemeinsam grundsätzliche Fragen zu klären: Wie wollen wir uns als Betriebsrat aufstellen? Welche Veränderungen wollen wir in den nächsten Jahren erreichen? Und worauf konzentrieren wir unsere begrenzte Zeit und Energie?
Gerade als neuer Betriebsrat treffen dabei unterschiedliche Erwartungen, Erfahrungen, Arbeitsweisen und Themen aufeinander.
In diesem zweitägigen Workshop entwickelt ihr als Betriebsrat eine gemeinsame strategische Ausrichtung für das nächste Jahr. Statt lose Ideen oder nebeneinanderstehende Einzelinteressen sammeln wir mit einem klar strukturierten partizipativen Prozess die unterschiedlichen Perspektiven im Gremium und arbeiten gemeinsam an einem tragfähigen gemeinsamen Fahrplan.
Wir blicken dabei auf eine gemeinsame Vision und Ziele, Herausforderungen und Hindernisse, sowie eine konkrete Planung und Aufgabenverteilung.

In the everyday reality of works council duties and workplace life, there is often little room to talk about fundamental questions: How do we want to position ourselves as a works council? What changes do we aim to achieve in the coming years? And where should we focus our limited time and energy?
This is particularly true for a newly formed works council, where different expectations, experiences, working styles, and topics come together.
In this two-day workshop, you—as a works council—will develop a shared strategic direction for the coming year. Rather than relying on loose ideas or individual interests, we will employ a clearly structured, participatory process to gather the various perspectives within the council and work together to plan a robust, shared roadmap.
In doing so, we will focus on a shared vision and goals, potential challenges and obstacles, as well as concrete planning and the allocation of tasks.
You will leave the workshop with:

Unsere Honorare richten sich u. a. nach Gruppengröße, Gesamtaufwand, Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie euren finanziellen Möglichkeiten. Wir arbeiten mit solidarischen Preislogiken und versuchen, kleinere selbstorganisierte Gruppen durch höhere institutionelle Honorare querzufinanzieren.

Our fees are determined based on factors such as group size, overall scope of work, preparation and follow-up requirements, and your financial resources. We use a solidarity-based pricing model, we want to support smaller, self-organized groups through higher fees charged to larger institutions.
